Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
Orders must total $150 or more after discounts and promo codes are applied to qualify for free shipping. (3-6 Days)

Shipping on all standard U.S orders
As of Wednesday December 14th, 2022, standard shipping fees are:

  • Small items: $15.00
  • Medium items: $25.00
  • Large items: $35.00 

Large items shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. may incur additional charges.

International Shipping
If you are located in Canada shipping is $35 flat rate. If you place larger order this will save you the most and I am happy to stock pile orders over time to ship at once. When I ship larger order I will ship UPS or DHL Express. All other International shipments are case by case. Please shoot me an email at if you have any questions. 

Orders processed within 3-6 business days
Orders are shipped during business hours on Mondays and Fridays, excluding holidays. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way.

Expedited Shipping
Customers who choose Expedited Shipping are paying for their package to be shipped the fastest way, not for the order to be processed faster than 3-6 business days. I am a very small shop (I know it seems like we are big visit us in person you will see we are not). If you have a special request I may be able to accommodate it, but I need to be notified via email. 

Shipping Exceptions

We do not ship Maileg products to Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Ohio. These states have laws against using recycled polyester in stuffed toys. 

The shipping rate for Tonies products is $9.00. This discount does not apply to orders that include Tonies as well as other items.

Order Cancelation Policy

Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing your order will be fully refunded.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of your original order's total cost when you cancel your order more than 24 hours after placing said order. 

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any further questions regarding returns can be emailed at

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Refunds for products sold at full price
You should expect to receive a refund within 4-6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the total amount, excluding shipping fees, will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds for discounted products
If you are approved for a refund on a product you bought on sale or with a discount code, you will receive store credit.
