We offer $9 flat rate standard shipping on domestic orders up to $149.99. (3-6 Days)
If you are located in Canada shipping is $35 flat rate at this time due to COVID-19 and shipping delays. I hope to return back to $25 shipping rates soon. If you place larger order this will save you the most and I am happy to stock pile orders over time to ship at once. When I ship larger order I will ship UPS or DHL Express. Orders are shipped during business hours on Monday & Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way.
Customers who choose Expedited Shipping are paying for their package to be shipped the fastest way, not for the order to be process faster. I am a very small shop (I know it seems like we are big visit us in person you will see we are not), If you have a special request I can usually accommodate it but I need an email, simply choosing Expedited Shipping just means I will pay up to $20 to ship your product the fastest way possible and if it cost more that $20 you will be charged or given the option to ship standard for the normal price. Often times Expedited Shipping is more than $20, so please do contact me when picking this option or leave special instructions in the notes.

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any further questions regarding returns can be emailed at email@example.com
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
You should expect to receive a refund within 4-6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
